Watching the people in this nation go nuts on the Age of Consent Laws and the glorification of Cougars, a thought entered my mind:
Has The Human Race Finally Hit Its Planetary Carrying Capacity?
Think of it: Japan and Europe are losing population. So is Russia (although for different reasons). The United States and Canada have grown [...]

It’s kind of sad. I would not be shocked to find out that the Obama GM/Chrysler “Rescue (yeah, right)” plan was a sting set up so the creditors of the car companies get all their stuff while the Stockholders get nothing and the Unions get EVERYTHING (retirement and insurance, as well as other things) LOOTED from [...]

I’ve read quite a few out-of-the-way economics websites (and stuff that deals with economics) and everyone seems to think that the economy will enter into an inflationary period that will somehow magically destroy all debts along with the savings. They seem to think that, even if the prices shoot up, wages will also shoot up [...]

Monday (10/13), the stock market jumps up 900 points.
Tuesday and Wednesday (10/14-15), the stock market drops back down, with all the 900 points given back.
Monday the stocks were calmed by the sudden infusion of cash from the governments of the world.
Tuesday and Wednesday it was realized that there were real problems in our economy, and [...]

Last month the unemployment rate rose. The governmental unemployment rate.
In short, enough people lost their jobs and actually went to the government to declare this fact. Which means a lot of people lost their jobs, period.
Meanwhile a lot of stores have been closing down. Not just the “Mall Stores” Restaurants have been closing down like [...]

In the first part of this series, I talked about the gutting of our surroundings for a few extra bucks by the poor and desperate around us. In the second part of this series, I talk about the gutting of our government via “privatization.” Now I’m going to talk about some of the outcomes of [...]

In the first part of this series, I talked about the gutting of our surroundings for a few extra bucks by the poor and desperate around us. This one I’m gonna talk about the gutting of government and how it’s going to affect us.
The fact is, until recently we’ve always expected government to work. We’ve [...]
